HARD TRUTH.

Your life isn’t changing because you aren’t changing anything. Seems simple right? Of course your body wants you to go back to sleep. You always go back to sleep. If you woke up early, every single day at the same time for a month straight, by the third week maybe even the second, your body will wake up without an alarm. You will have more time in the day. Habits become lifestyles. I don’t know about you but in my personal opinion, mornings are so much better when they are peaceful & quiet before you have to dive headfirst into the day. I don’t like waking up pissed that I have to rush and think of everything at once. I need time to wake up, stretch, gain positive energy & plan. If you think I wake up in a positive mood & mindset every single day, you have me twisted. Brings me back to my EVER IMPORTANT ‘DAILY ROUTINE’ post. ( GO DO IT ) Then you can add waking up earlier into your daily routine & thank me later.

Feel like Sh*t?

Cool stop getting off work and going straight to the alcohol with your coworkers because you are SOOOOO stressed & tired “you deserve it”. NO HONEY. Your body deserves rest & replenishing because you just busted your behind to make a living. YOU DESERVE FOOD & REST. If you are sooooo stressed & tired, go TF home. If you really need a drink that bad (YOU DON’T) Go home and have a beer or a glass of wine. No room for your “friends” shoving shots down your throat so they can feel better about their miserable decisions. Your friends will come see you & eat breakfast with you if they are your friends. Bored? Use your free time to go home and read or watch something that will put your brain to work, or relax your mind. Both are more beneficial then going and getting hammered & fighting temptation & feeling like crap will ever be.

Feel like Sh*t? Cool stop needing a vape in your hand 24-7 to feel some sort of “release” or whatever it was for me. I’ll tell you what it was… A FREAKING HABIT. If it was that easy for me to get addicted to a stick full of poison. Then I can get addicted to feeling good,looking good, BREATHING RIGHT & living longer.

This is a short post to get in your head.

Think about the things you are doing that are benefiting you & those around you and the things that really aren’t. Go to my first post & create a new routine that will help you stay on track and live at your full potential. Simple key to success & happiness.
